One Day Workshop - Understanding Your Energy Field

More workshops in the pipeline, read on....

We had a great day on Saturday at the workshop, everyone loved it and learnt how to do the Sway Test and improve their intuition.

This is the second one we have run and both have been a huge success. We also had Liz Greenwood with her beautiful crystal singing bowls to round off the day so everyone went home feeling amazing.

We learnt how to check in with our overall health and wellbeing and to score it. Everyone improved from the start of the day to the end!

We will be running another Understanding Your Energy Field in the summer and also a follow up day called Understanding Your Energy Field Part II. This one will be all about utilising your gifts, getting out of your head, trusting your Sway, linking with animals and generally trouble shooting the technique. We will be in touch soon with dates for both workshops.
