We’ve gathered the most commonly asked questions about Zenpath to help you better understand how everything works, what to expect and how to make the most of your journey. Whether you’re just getting started or looking for more insight, you’ll find thoughtful answers to guide you along the way.
1. When do the courses start?
The courses are designed to work at your own pace. You can start any time you are ready!
2. Who is the App for?
The courses (we call them journeys) are specifically designed for Empaths and Highly Sensitive People who suffer with nervous system dysregulation or generally struggling to understand or connect with their own energy. It’s ideal for individuals who have tried meditations, talking therapies, and more but still find themselves affected. The courses are transformative creating long term changes.
3. What is included in the foundation course, Root & Reconnect Journey?
This Three Week Journey includes:
- Guidance to identify, build, communicate, and sustain healthy grounding, cleansing and protection techniques.
- Expert-designed exercises and meditations, with support via weekly “Zoom at Noon” coaching calls.
- Quick and easy tools and practices that fit into your busy schedule to help transform your life.
- Access to a community of fellow Zenpaths.
We teach you the ZenpathCode™ for personal insight – Quickly identify personal weak spots and key focus areas to maintain energetic harmony with mind, body and soul.
4. What is included in the flagship course, Root Reconnect and Regulate Journey?
This 6 Week Journey includes:
- All the content from the foundation course, Root & Reconnect Journey
- Plus three weeks of variety of techniques, tutorials, meditations to maintain a long term regulated nervous system, including breathwork, tapping, meditations, sleep support, emergency detox meditations.
Zoom at Noon – Weekly coaching calls, with replays, to support your journey.
5. What is included in the 1:1 Journey?
This self-paced Journey includes:
All the content from the Root, Reconnect & Regulate Journey with the ability to self-pace.
Plus 1:1 support for privacy and accountability
6. What equipment do I need?
You will need a mobile phone, iPad, or PC, along with an internet connection.
7. How much time is required?
Many of the modules are only 10 minutes per day with some being a little longer, approximately 20 minutes. We know that our clients can often suffer from overwhelm so we specifically designed the course to make it bite size and highly achievable. It is also designed to go at your own pace. There are weekly live “Zoom at Noon” calls every Thursday, which are an amazing optional support resource and usually last lasting 40 minutes to 1 hour. Recordings will also be available if you can’t make the live call.
8. Can I be on the App without doing the courses?
Yes, you can access all the free Zenpath Support content on the app. The free content is designed to support our Zenpaths but the Root, Reconnect Journey and the Root, Reconnect & Regulate Journeys are there to help our clients to transform by learning how to cope with negative energy and how to use their intuition. Upgrading is possible from the foundations course to participate in the full course.
9. How do I sign up for the Journeys?
You can book a place by clicking the link on the ‘Courses’ page on the website or if you would like to discuss further before you book, you can also book a telephone call from the same page.
10. Is there a community I can join for support?
Yes, by joining the Zenpath app and participating in our programs, you’ll have access to our Empath Community, where you can connect with like-minded individuals for continuous support.
11. Are the coaching calls live or pre-recorded?
The “Zoom at Noon” coaching calls are live, providing real-time interaction and support. If you’re unable to attend, recordings will be available for you to watch at your convenience.
12. Does everybody get accepted onto the Journeys?
You will be asked to fill in an onboarding form and we reserve the right to suggest that applicants try other options. We are all different and sometimes we may feel that this is not the right option for an applicant at the moment.
13. How much do the Journeys cost?
There are free Journeys you can do and some paid-for Journeys. Each one is priced differently and but it is possible to stagger payments by doing the foundation course Root & Reconnect Journey first, and then adding on the subsequent three weeks of the Root, Reconnect & Regulate Journey.
14. To do the monthly Journey, do I need to complete one of the paid Journeys?
No, you can do the monthly Journey without having completed our other paid-for courses. However, some of the content that is relevant to our teachings on the paid-for Journeys will not be available to you as they would not make sense.
15. Do I have to download the App in order to do the Journeys?
You can do the free journeys via the website, however any paid-for courses are run through the app. We can help you by sending you a link instead of downloading. The idea is that it is convenient and always at your finger-tips. Our community is on the app too so we encourage all participants to use the app.

Yes, you are offered the chance to pay in 3 installments at the check out stage.
18. How much does the Monthly Journey cost?
Our Monthly Journey costs £19.99 per month and you can cancel at any time.
19. How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
You can cancel at any time directly through the app.
