We’re confident Root & Reconnect will help. To keep things clear and fair, our refund terms depend on where you enrolled. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to consumers in the UK who purchase the Root & Reconnect digital course from Zenpath Wellbeing Limited (“we”, “us”). It sits alongside your statutory rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Our 14-day money-back guarantee
This guarantee applies only to customers who purchase via our dedicated landing page at [Root & Reconnect] (the “Promotion”).
- You can request a full refund within 14 days of enrolment if you don’t feel the course is helping you.
- Email support@zenpath.uk with your order number and the email you used to buy.
- We’ll close access to the course once we process your refund.
How we refund: We issue refunds to the original payment method (via Stripe). We aim to process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to display the funds.
Standard Policy (All Other Purchase Routes)
For purchases not made via the Promotion landing page:
- We do not offer a voluntary refund once access to the digital course has been supplied.
- Your statutory rights still apply (see sections below on cooling-off for digital content and remedies for faulty/misdescribed content).
Digital content & your legal cooling-off rights
Online purchases usually include a 14-day cooling-off period. For digital content (like an online course), if you choose immediate access and acknowledge you’ll lose the legal 14-day right to cancel once access starts, that statutory right ends when we grant access.
Either way, our 14-day money-back guarantee still applies, it’s a voluntary promise on top of your legal rights.
If we ever offer 1:1 sessions or ship physical items
- 1:1 sessions (if offered): Sessions already delivered aren’t covered by the guarantee. If you book a session within 14 days and later cancel under statutory rights, we may deduct a proportionate amount for work performed.
- Physical items (if any): Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you’re cancelling and return items within a further 14 days. We’ll refund the standard outbound delivery cost. Unless faulty, you cover return postage and we may deduct for diminished value if items were used beyond basic inspection.
Faulty or misdescribed digital content (your CRA rights)
If the course is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to repair/replacement or a price reduction under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights apply to all customers, regardless of where or how you purchased.
Fair use
We offer one good-faith refund per person. We may refuse a refund where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse (e.g., repeated sign-ups and cancellations).
How to request a refund (step-by-step)
- Email support@zenpath.uk with subject “Refund request – Root & Reconnect”.
- Include your order number, purchase email, and (optional) brief note.
- We’ll confirm and issue a 100% refund to your original payment method and close your access.
