4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Subscription Plans
Zenpath Monthly Membership operates on a recurring subscription basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Partial refunds are not provided for unused subscription time.
4.2. Courses and Workshops
Due to the digital nature of our courses and resources, refunds are generally not provided once access to the content has been granted.
However, we offer a 14-day suitability guarantee for our courses.
If within the first 14 days you have actively engaged with the course material and completed the initial sections but genuinely feel the course is not suitable for you, you may contact us to request a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and may require confirmation that the relevant course material has been accessed and attempted.
Refunds will not be granted where course access has been obtained but the material has not been meaningfully engaged with.
Refunds may only be issued to the original payment method.
4.3. Exceptional Circumstances

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided by Zenpath Wellbeing Ltd, including but not limited to videos, written materials, course structures, graphics, frameworks, exercises, and downloadable resources, remains the intellectual property of Zenpath Wellbeing Ltd.
This includes the Zenpath methodology, course structures, and named frameworks such as the CAP approach (Cleanse, Anchor, Protect).
While some practices taught within Zenpath, such as the sway test, are known techniques used in various traditions, the Zenpath framework and the way these practices are taught and integrated within our courses remain the intellectual property of Zenpath Wellbeing Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, teach, licence, or use this material for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Zenpath Wellbeing Ltd.
Participation in Zenpath courses does not grant permission to replicate, teach, or commercialise the Zenpath methodology or frameworks without written authorisation. However, participants are welcome to share supportive practices and insights with family members for personal wellbeing.
