1. Salt Water Showers or Baths

Salt is known for its cleansing properties. Let it wash over your body and imagine it taking the day with it. Even a handful of salt in a warm bath or at the bottom of the shower can help.

2. Brush It Off

Use your hands to lightly brush down your arms, chest and legs as if sweeping dust away. Say quietly, “This isn’t mine. I let it go.” It may feel silly at first but it works.

3. Grounding Through Breath and Nature

Step outside and place your bare feet on the earth or stand beneath a tree. Take three slow breaths and visualise the heaviness flowing down into the ground. You are not meant to carry it all.

4. Visualisation Technique

Close your eyes and imagine standing under a waterfall of light. See it flowing from head to toe, gently clearing away all that doesn’t belong to you. Imagine your energy field brightening and tightening around you, like a protective cocoon.

5. Energy Sweep with Sound

Use a soft bell, chime or even clap your hands gently around your body, especially around your head and heart. The vibration helps reset the energy field. Music with high vibrational tones can also support this process.

6. Cut the Invisible Cords

Sometimes, we stay energetically tied to people or conversations long after they’re over. Visualise any invisible cords gently detaching from your body and returning to the sender with love. You don’t have to stay connected to everything.

Energy clearing is not a one-time fix. It’s a kind of hygiene, just like brushing your teeth or taking a shower. Sensitive people, empaths and HSPs need daily ways to come home to themselves.
